1．Aiming to Improve Environmental Literacy


As a company that contributes to the realization of a sustainable society, we consider strengthening the environmental literacy of our employees to be an important theme. As part of this effort, we are actively promoting a project to have our employees take the "eco test (Certification Test for Environmental Specialists [Eco Test]^®)", helping each employee to deepen their understanding of the environment and to make practical use of it in their work.


2．What is eco test?


The eco test is designed to deepen knowledge of environmental issues and promote environmentally conscious behavior. It aims to improve environmental literacy.


3．Project Objectives


As a company that operates globally, we recognize that environmental considerations are part of our "business competitiveness" that goes beyond compliance, and we will continue to disseminate environmental knowledge and promote its establishment within the company. By deepening each employee's understanding of environmental issues and practicing sustainable behavior in daily life, we aim to contribute to society as a whole by fostering an environmentally conscious corporate culture throughout the company.

• ・Examination Targets:
  Our goal is for 50% of all employees to take the eco certification test and for 30% of all employees to pass.

  Increased environmental literacy among employees will drive the company's sustainability efforts.
