Notification of Restarting Partially Suspended Services Due to Cancellation of Emergency Declaration

As the Emergency Declaration over the COVID-19 outbreak is now lifted for all areas of Japan by the Japanese government, GBT NTA will resume services which were partially suspended or reduced as follows.

To help prevent the re-spread of infection, however, we will continue to operate with limited number of staff.

Services to be resumed:
- Offline service by Japan Domestic Travel Desk (Flight, Rail, Hotel etc.) by both phone and email
- Delivery service will respond as normal and mail/courier services will continue.

As of 22 March 2021, normal operation hours will resume:
- 09:00 - 18:00 Monday through Friday (closed on national holidays)

* Proxy application for visas and passports can also be accepted, but as this is limited to the public institutions of other countries, the response will be individual.
Additionally, some countries currently have immigration restrictions and quarantine after arrival which may affect your request.

Please note our operations may be adjusted again in the future depending on the infection situation and guidelines imposed by the administrative body.
GBT NTA will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and provide additional updates to our teams and to you directly, as and when appropriate.

Services except above, including International Travel Desk, Emergency Travel Service, Web Support & Online Booking Tools (both international/domestic, if contracted) remain available as usual.
