Notification of Restarting Partially Suspended Services Due to Cancellation of Emergency Declaration

As the Emergency Declaration over the COVID-19 outbreak in Japan is now lifted by the Japanese government, we will restart services which were partially suspended.

Services to be restarted

    ・ Travel arrangement by Domestic Travel Desk through phone and email (flight, rail, hotel etc.)
    ・ Delivery service by hand, mail or courier (mail/courier will be prioritized where possible)
    ・ Proxy application for visas and passports can also be accepted, but limited by countries while their immigration
    restrictions apply.

For the time being, we are operating with limited number of employees in the office to prevent the spread of infection.
Also, our operations may be adjusted in the future depending on the infection situation and guidelines imposed by the administrative body.

Services except above, including International Travel Desk, Emergency Travel Service, web support and online booking tools (both international and domestic if contracted) remain available as usual.
